Legacy parts must perform as reliably as originals. At Pelagus, the same testing, inspection, and certification processes apply, regardless of whether a part is produced traditionally or on demand.

Every part is defined by OEM specifications, manufactured through accredited suppliers, and documented with full certification. Standards remain unchanged. The difference lies in speed and the added visibility of digital traceability.

Design Quality Control

Each part is meticulously prepared in accordance with OEM requirements. This is defined by a digital package containing drawings, fabrication instructions, post-processing requirements, and testing records.

 

Manufacturing Quality Control

Production is carried out only by suppliers with industrial experience and historical track records, aligned with classification societies' manufacturing guidelines.

 

Part Quality Control

All parts are inspected, tested, and certified, with Certificates of Conformity issued and stored in the platform. Third party witnessing by classification societies or certification bodies are needed for critical parts.
